Explora for Middle Schools

Explora is the ultimate database! Find journal articles, magazines, books, reports, news, primary source documents, and biographies. You can also limit the search results by lexile score, which helps you find materials that are in your reading range. 
 

Maine Memory Network 

An excellent resource for finding primary source documents, including photos! 

 

 

Search Tips

Boolean Operators

Boolean Operators are used to connect and define the relationship between search terms. These Operators are AND, OR, and NOT. Each operator must be in all caps.
